CORPORATE INFORMATION

Descon Engineering Services Ltd. Is a Western Canadian company head quartered in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

Our Services encompass all phases of the project ranging from feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, conceptual and detailed planning, detailed design, tendering, construction inspection, projection management and commissioning.

The key members are:

Terrance Kozmech, MSc., P.Eng., is the president and owner. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1967 he worked in the oil and gas industry for two years.

In 1973 Mr. Kozmech obtained hs Masters Degree for the University of Alberta. In 1972 and 1974 he was on assignment in Tanzania, East Africa.

Since returning to Canada, Mr. Kozmech has been involved in the private sector offering consulting services to Aboriginal, Municipal, Provincial, Federal and Private Development clientele. Mr. Kozmech is the treasurer of a Non Government Organization (NGO) - the Canadian - African Foundation For Rural Development.



James Matichuk, AIA, PE, is the president of Hawaii Architects Inc. He graduated from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta Canada in 1973. He has an engineering background in the municipal and structural engineering disciplines, and was first licensed to practice in the architectural discipline in 1982. His work experience includes:
